Impact Aid Forms
The Impact Aid Program is a federal program designed to directly compensate local school districts that have been financially impacted by federal activities. The program's mission is to reimburse local school districts for local revenues lost due to the presence of federally owned, and therefore tax-exempt, property. On October 18th, Impact Aid forms will go home with students through Unity Time. Please sign the form and send it back by October 26th!
Vision and Hearing Screening
Volunteers are needed on October 16, 17 and 18 for 7th Grade Vision and Hearing Screening. No experience is necessary, and any adult (parent, grandparent, adult sibling) is welcome. You can volunteer for any or all of the screening periods on each day. Any amount of time would be appreciated. Adults do not need to have a student in 7th grade to help.
For students who want to go home together on the bus after school: Bus Notes: a hand-written bus note, with parent’s signature, is required from both parents of the students making the request. A temporary bus pass will not be issued without the hand written notes from both families. These policies are in place for your child’s safety. Thank you for cooperation and understanding. Notes must be submitted to the office before the last block of the day.
