Mentoring at HMS Video
Herndon Middle School is so lucky to have Mr. Erazo on the Safety & Security team and part of the staff. Not only does he do his work every day with a smile on his face, but he also goes out of his way to be a positive influence and connect with our students as a mentor. Way to go Mr. Erazo! Check him out in the video linked here!
Considering Camera Installation
Herndon Middle School is considering installing cameras as part of our safety and security plan. The Herndon Middle School administrative team believes that cameras will increase the ability to maintain the safety of all students, staff members and visitors within the building.
Civic Engagement Absences
Parents of students in grades 7-12 may request one partial-day absence for civic engagement activities, such as legislative visits, awareness walks, nonprofit support, or advocacy efforts by submitting a prearranged absence form.
